I wonder if people actually buy into the fake brands. I mean, it is obvious that they are fake, so it is not like the consumer has any bragging rights, because the products are not real brand names. But then again, it is interesting to note how much push and pull brand names have over people's purchasing power. If producers actually market products with brands similar to well known brands and people actually buy them, that says something about our psyche and why we do what we do. Is it a social thing to want brand names or are we just that easily manipulated...
